I’ve had a great experience with German Car Repair. They’ve been taking care of my older Audi Q5 and I really appreciate the level of care and attention they give it. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been professional, responsive and just easy to work with. They’re honest about what needs to be done, fair on pricing and never make you feel like they’re trying to sell you something you don’t need. Every interaction has been a good one. These guys are the real deal. Great service, good people and a shop I trust. Highly recommend.

Had a MK6 GTI that needed some serious work, carbon cleaning, rotors, brakes, brake sensor, water pump, ECP issue, transmission fluid. This place and their VW specialist fixed her up good as new. I payed for a professional and got professional result's. I'm VERY satisfied with the communication of the team, and thankfull for their VW technician. I will be coming back here for simple maintenance.

I recently took two of my cars to German Car Repair for maintenance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a shop you can truly trust, especially for German vehicles, but these guys earned my confidence. They took the time to explain what each car needed, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and completed the work on time and as promised. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service . If you’re looking for honest, professional service for your German vehicle, I highly recommend GCR.

German Car Repair Alpharetta was quick, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone I dealt with was honest and thorough, and I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process. I had a great time chatting with the guys at the front desk. They were friendly and genuinely helpful. One of them even recommended a great place to get my wheels resurfaced. They took the time to bring me into the shop, show me exactly what they found, and explain everything clearly before making recommendations. On top of that, the facility and shop are incredibly clean and well organized. It honestly does not feel like a typical repair shop at all. No pressure, no upselling, just solid work and great service. I would absolutely recommend them.
